Delivery & Return Policy

DELIVERY TIME

We ship worldwide from our US office. Some products we will ship directly to you, other items/brands from around the world they will ship directly to you. Normally orders will ship within 3-5 business days. Working with small brands, some products are made to order or customized, in these cases, delivery can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the brand. These items are special and take longer time to make. We will do our best to get your orders shipped asap. Orders placed Monday through Friday PST, will be processed on the same or following business day and will be shipped within the time frame mentioned above if the product(s) is(are) in inventory in our office. If you want to inquire about the delivery time of a product, do not hesitate to contact us prior placing your order.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns happen!...but they're expensive, time-consuming and no fun for anyone so we encourage you to ask questions upfront about sizing, length, material, etc. by reaching out to us via email design@ninabroze.com or through Facebook or IG. We're here to make sure your shopping experience seamless and don't mind answering any questions to make sure your item meets your expectations.

Be sure to inspect your item upon arrival.  If there is any issue please let us know right away so we can take care of you! You have 2 days from the time your item is delivered of any quality issues with your items. 

At this time the return policy is in the form of in-store credit if items are received back to us within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
Please do not ship back your items if they are outside of the return window or do not meet the requirements. Customer is responsible for return shipping. SALE items are FINAL SALE and CAN NOT be returned. If you use a ANY COUPON, please note this will be FINAL SALE. If you have any questions on if your item is eligible for return please ask before you ship it back. 


For your item to be eligible for return it must:

--> be unworn

--> be in the same condition that you received it

--> be in the original packaging with tags still attached

--> be free of any odors or smoke smell

--> be free of any makeup or deodorant stains 

Refund for store credit (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your returned item has been received and notify notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.

Exchanges 
Our items can sell very quickly and we can not guarantee your exact item will be available for an exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email at design@ninabroze.com and send your item to the address listed below.

Shipping
Please include your original invoice with your return or a piece of paper with your name and order number!

Packaging back to us doesn't have to be pretty so feel free to tape up the package you received it in!

Once we confirm your item is eligible to be returned: 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Of course if there is a mistake I will take care of shipping ;) 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

I strongly suggest getting package tracking with any items you return.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that l will receive your returned item and not responsible for packages lost en route back.
